- Mix hibiscus flowers with milk and make as a smooth paste and apply it over the hair fall area this not only reduces hair fall but also helps to regrowth the hair.

For thick and healthy hair take three tablespoons each of crushed hibiscus flowers and leaves and amla powder. To this add water to make a smooth paste and apply it over scalp and hair. Allow it for forty five minutes and wash your hair with mild shampoo. Repeat this for twice a week. This not only results thick and healthy hair but also has conditioner action.
