How to Make Dondakaya(Tindoora)Pachadi Process and Ingredients
->Dondakayalu(Tindoora), Oil, Salt, Green Chillis, Garlic Cloves, Urad dal, Tomato,Tamarind
->Curry leaves, Smashed Garlic-2, Cumin Seeds 1/2 spoon, Mustard Seeds 1/2
spoon, Urad dal 1/2 spoon, Oil 3 Spoons, Hing a Pinch.
Wash and cut dondakaya into pieces,keep it a side.Take a pan,heat it and add some
oil into it, When the oil turns heat, add 1 spoon of Urad dal,after it turns to golden
brown add chopped tomato,smashed garlic and Green chillis thise ingredients will
leave a nice smell after that, add Dondakaya pieces and Tamarind fry all together,after frying
all let it cool.Finelly take it into a blender and make it as a fine paste.
*Now it’s time for tadka-
In a pan take 3 spoons of oil when the oil become heat add urad dal,Cumin
seeds,Mustard seeds,Smashed garlic Cloves,Curry leaves finelly a pinch of hing,add
this tadka on the chutney…
